Our ServicesLet's TalkAON Hospitality Group was founded by Harry Patel and Gary Patel, who bring with them more than 40 years of collective real estate development experience across a variety of business sectors including hospitality, senior living, retail, medical, and multi-family, among others. Based in Fleming Island, FL, AON Hospitality Group has developed a rapidly-growing footprint of highly-successful hotels throughout North Florida. The Patels have also developed and served as an owner/operators for many other commercial properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Virginia. Their success in hotel development facilitated the formation of the AON Hospitality Group, a company dedicated exclusively to the hospitality industry.
AON Hospitality Group provides its fully integrated services for globally branded, independent and boutique hotels including full-service luxury, limited service, all-suites, extended stay, destination resort, lifestyle and soft brands. It not only handles new builds, but also conversions, expansions, redevelopment and repositioning. LEADERSHIP

Harry directs all aspects of development including site analysis; development planning; permitting; construction management; and partner relationships.
Gary Patel is responsible for overseeing Hotel Management, Revenue Management & Growth of AON Hospitality Group Portfolio. Gary also maintains Franchise & Lender Relationships. Mr. Patel has been actively involved in Operations, Conversions & Development of Many Brands including IHG, Hilton, Best Western & Choice Hotels.
David Patel oversees the Day to Day operations of our Hotels including Brands Standards, Human Resources, Hotel Policies & Procedures, Rules and Regulations. David works with our General Managers directly to ensure we are running Class A operations and our Hotel conditions are up to Date.
Wesley examines, analyzes, and evaluates the operations to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies while assisting to maximize the overall success of each property. He is responsible for assisting General Managers in managing daily hotel operations & continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Kim concentrate on overseeing the Sales & Marketing aspects of our Hotels to maximize performance. She is responsible for maintaining Client Relations, Group Sales, Corporate Sales and she also handles the Marketing of our Hotels locally and Globally.
Hemal manages inventory to maximize revenue and profits for all hotels. Responsible for conducting analysis of revenue, profit and demand along with historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.
Chase is involved in most areas of AON Hospitality Group’s business including finance, banking, legal, IT and construction management with focus on financial operations.
Jay oversees numerous details throughout development including entitlement, permitting, design & engineering, construction management, safety & project delivery. Jay also sees Procurement, Property Conditions and Improvements.
Seth Walker is responsible for overseeing accounting department, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Seth oversees the Financial Strength, evaluates portfolio performance and explores ideas to maximize the bottom line.
Bonnie handles day to day bookkeeping, Sales Tax Filings and Reporting. Bonnie has extensive experience in the Accounting Field and M3 accounting platform.
